The man is a little (big) miracle. So glad he exists!

The 5-day free online seminar that the great Tony Robbins offered in January was a huge boost, with lots of reminders to do all the right things I used to do naturally at certain phases like in music school, where I would constantly “raise my state” through dance, classical music (playing & active listening), “mindwork”, workout sessions that amounted to multiple triathlons per week, and by frequently using writing/tracking to examine habits, beliefs/values/identity, inner dialogue patterns, purpose, etc…
